When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you make a purchase, payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use your email to send you account-related communications and, if you opt in, marketing emails about new opportunities and features. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Stripe — payment processing
- Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing
- Vercel — website hosting and analytics
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how people use the site — this collects anonymous usage data only.
Your Rights
You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing tim@timrichard.co. We will process your request within 30 days.
Terms of Service
By using ideaBook, you agree to the following:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The content provided is for informational purposes only. All income figures, market data, and strategies are estimates based on research — not guarantees.
- Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share your account access with others.
- All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds. If you have an issue, contact tim@timrichard.co and we will work with you.
